In order to achieve this objective and all other stated objectives a Quality Management System (QMS) has been established and is maintained under regular internal and external review so that the QMS remains fit for purpose, effective and suitable to the company's needs and is continually improved.
The QMS is defined and described in the company's Core Management Manual and Systems Management Manual for ease of understanding and ease of audit and review.
Controlled documents and records are maintained and reviewed to ensure compliance with the company's main objective and to provide a framework for assessing all other stated objectives.
Additionally, it is the policy of this company to integrate as many of our Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety systems and responsibilities as possible.
All employees of the company, at all levels, are committed to following both the principle and the detail, of the QMS.
A policy of continuous training is carried out by the company to ensure that the capability of all personnel who manage, perform or verify functions applicable to the QMS is fully maintained.
